Audubon of the middle east...
This is a highway in Bahrain which is essentially a free for all. People haul ass on these, and that's an understatement. Josh's car starts beeping at 120 km/hr which is about 73 MPH. It's really annoying and I suppose that's the point, so he usually keeps it under that. We get passed like we are sitting still. These drivers (and many are from Saudi Arabia--you can tell by the all Arabic license plate) are easily doing 100+MPH. Notice the lane markers. Those aren't paint. Paint doesn't last here. Those are raised ceramic (or thick plastic) bumps about 3/4" tall. You know when you are changing lanes because they feel like rumble strips. They apparently have a longer lifespan than paint, and are much more reflective at night.
