See that wall? That's one of the King's palaces. That's as close as the public can get to it. That wall stretches for at least a mile down this road, with guard shacks every couple hundred feet. See all the green? This has to be the most watered area in Bahrain. There were trees and gardens everywhere, even outside of that wall.
