So this is a view from outside the balcony. Notice the couches in the field. Those are the grandstands for a makeshift soccer field on an empty lot nearby. It never rains here so you don't have to worry about them getting any more shitty then they already are. And for those of you that think there is no vegetation here--see that palm tree? Eat it.
