A familiar car

You see one of these stateside and you think "cop." Here, the police drive SUV's, not Crown Vics. These seem to be a popular car here to pimp out, you'll see them with rims, tinted windows, all kinds of shit. It's still hard to see one and not get the immediate thought that it might be an undercover car. This particular Vic has a Kuwait license plate.
