Lookin' behind my back...

This is the reverse view of my room. Notice the beautifully stained doors. Doors seem to be a priority on many buildings here as you'll see from future pictures. One unusual aspect though was that the door was obviously stained after it was hung. I know that because they stained the hinges as well. I don't understand the logic behind that, but they look fucking awesome. Oh, and the fan. That sucker is controlled by that panel of switches on the wall. There is no order to switches here, one can turn on the lights and the one next to it will turn on the water heater outside. Only in Bahrain.
