Side of the highway

This is a pic taken after we got off on a side road. Notice the difference in color on the rocks. This is obviously low tide. There are some coastal areas of the island that are beautiful, and others that sewage appears when the tide is low. I don't know what kind of mechanism they have for carting off shit, but apparently they don't cart it out far enough.
