That's a good one of the hooka. The way it works is you pack the bowl at the top with the sheesha, put aluminum foil with holes poked in it over that, and then the coals on top. When you suck in, it goes down that tube into the bottom which is filled with water (like a water bong) and then through the pipe to you. Very cool. I think Josh paid like 20 dinars for this whole setup and the sheesha is 1 dinar for a tub of it.
