Flying cars

A BMW on a roof. Interesting. This is in one of those small villages that I mentioned tend to be occupation specific. This village was full of car repair places, and apparently this shop owner needed a gimmick to attract attention. Either that or this is what they do to your car if you don't pay the bill.
