Fuddruckers? WHOO HOOO

This was a welcome sign. It was the second time I saw a western restaurant here. The first was a McDonalds when the plane was landing at the airport. I actually had Fuddruckers the other day and it is one of the only places in the country where the beef tastes normal. I love most everything about this country, but the beef and chicken taste like fucking shit. Apparently, they kill animals here with a process known as "halal." We saw that at all the fast food joints here and decided to look it up. Good 'ol wikipedia explained that halal is a process in which they slit the animal's throat first and drain the blood. It has a HUGE effect on the way beef and chicken taste here. Most people don't seem to mind, but I can't stomach a burger to save my life. Except here, at Fuddruckers. Maybe it was halal, but I doused that son-of-a-bitch with so much A1 sauce it didn't matter, and it tasted GREAT. The only other place so far that I've found semi-normal beef is the British Club, a private club. Oh, and notice the GMC Envoy in the pic. They really like their American SUV's here.
