He'll know what I'm talking about. The first picture is of Josh standing on the new build. The second is of some of these Indian guys trying to take off a wooden concrete form. Check out what the second construction worker is wearing for foot protection. Yep, those are sandals. They have no OSHA here, no workers comp, none of that. Especially for worker class Indians. See my next post. The third is a picture of a ladder--and mind you, this is a big time construction company that is building this apartment building. They use rickety, homemade wooden ladders. Amazing.
