Marbella

One day we went on a little day trip to a town about 45 minutes away called Marbella. We had gone there a day prior looking for the bull fighting ring to see a bull fight but couldn't find it. We went back the next day to explore the city, and here are some pics. There was a nice beach with a walkway with all kinds of stores and things, so we decided to go for a little walk. That's the Mediterranean Sea.
There were a few people that had carved sand sculptures. Each one had a little carpet in the front so you could throw down money for them.
About every 75 feet you came across two or three Africans selling fake bags, watches, movies, and purses.

And there were a few street performers, like Mary and Joseph here who were human statues. It reminded me of New Orleans.
Check out the sign. WC stands for "water closet." That's what they called most bathrooms in Spain.
Another huge sand sculpture.
The carpet for you to toss money on. Rachel gave this dude a few euros.
A look down the beach.
Dad, check this dude out. He was right on the beach, selling smoked fish. You can see them on a stick to the right of the fire.
Another view of the smoked fish guy zoomed out.
That's an elephant shower.
These were cool. You could rent them and then paddle out on the sea. See the next pic.

A look up the street near where we parked the car.
A roundabout with the anarchy sign spray painted on it.

This was a thing to keep cars from driving on the pedestrian walkway. Rachel thought it was cool 'cause it has Marbella on it.
