More Farm Pics

My internet connection has been far from perfect the last couple days, maybe attributed to the fact that I moved my operations from the living room to the bedroom, which is much farther away from the router. The walls are concrete, and maybe I'm losing signal. Either way it's a bitch to load these pictures. To upload these 4 took about an hour, as opposed to about 10 minutes before. Oh well. Hopefully it goes back to normal.

Anyway, these are pictures of the farm we found right next to the fort, complete with a "fort garden" sign. This is the first real proof that I've seen that they farm on this island, although I've heard that there is a sizable farming community here. I hadn't seen it until now. I know that back home people have gardens bigger than this, but we also don't have summers back home with 60 plus consecutive 100+ degree days. And don't ask me what any of that shit is. One of those plants resembles lettuce, but here it really could be any weird Arab plant.
